The Manufacturing Process
Our all encompassing manufacturing solution means that we offer a completely custom service to each and every client we deal with. Manufacturing of your small leather goods starts with your design. Be it a sketch form, inspiration mood board or professional drawing. We then talk through the leather best suited for the application and arrange a personalised quotation.
After this, we source the leather required for your items, cut them to suit your design and craft a sample which represents the specifications provided. When you receive the sample, you have an opportunity to make minor tweaks to ensure the products are just right before giving us the go ahead to produce bulk. Once production readiness of your design is confirmed, we will complete bulk manufacturing of your leather goods and then send them to our finishing department where final quality checks are carried out, items are individually packed in to retail ready packaging, and finally are sent to you door via one of our trusted couriers.
